The Il Grande Mini Mini L'incontro in Cala Millor is unfortunately permanently closed, but after Porto Cristo moved.
You can still get the delicious food there! This is where this is now La Locanda (an Italian restaurant).
The “Il Grande Mini Mini L'incontro” is located away from the hustle and bustle in a small side street, just a few meters from the pedestrian zone away, just opposite the post office.
The restaurant opened in December 2015. Before that, the operators were already in elsewhere Cala Millor, namely in the premises of the current one Mini mini bar tätig.
After things got a little cramped there due to the great popularity, a move to much larger premises on Carrer Platja took place.
The dignified atmosphere of the restaurant is reflected in the interior design. A long counter going around the corner dominates the interior.
The seating is simple and rustic, each table is covered with a particularly eye-catching colorful tablecloth.
A huge oil painting showing a sunset is striking on one wall. The exterior restoration is mostly covered and separated from the pavement by a wall.
On the wall are a variety of pots with cacti and herbs. The seating in the outdoor area consists of comfortable wicker chairs, and colorful tablecloths are also laid out here.

The “Il Grande Mini mini L'incontro” is an Italian one Restaurant.
The place is run by the Germans Tony and Chris, both of whom have been in the hospitality industry for years.
They also ran a pizzeria in Germany, the "L'incontro" in Passau, hence the addition to the name of the restaurant. Toni cooks in a typically Italian way.
In addition to antipasti/appetizers, the menu contains e.g. B. Bruschetta or Carpaccio de Entrecôte more than 20 different pizzas.
With the pizza salami, pizza calzone, pizza Amalfi and pizza Vesuvio, only a small selection is mentioned here.
Various salads and various spaghetti and pasta dishes complete the offer. In addition, there are constantly changing daily specials. Chris is responsible for the service.
He masters this task confidently, always has a casual saying in store, friendly with a smile on his lips.
The lovable owners certainly also ensure that the restaurant is visited by a colorful mix of people.
Our personal opinion:
We went to Il Grande Mini Mini L'incontro on the recommendation of a good friend. We found the location a bit unimpressive at first and the atmosphere a bit homely.
The more we were there, the more convinced we were. who Pizza and pasta lovers will get their money's worth here.
The atmosphere in this small restaurant is very cozy. The service is nice and accommodating.
By the way, our favorites are the spaghetti carbonara and the homemade one Sangria.
The “Il Grande Mini Mini L'incontro” clearly sets itself apart from the usual tourist restaurants in Cala Millor.
The quality of all dishes is top and at a very fair price, so a very good price-performance ratio.
