City center and boulevard

The city center of Cala Ratjada extends around the port. While inland predominantly hotels characterize the scenery, the long boulevard near the beach invites you to walk or linger and attracts with numerous cafes, bars and restaurants Restaurants.

The most beautiful beaches in and around Cala Ratjada

In the vicinity of Cala Ratjada there are several beaches that know how to convince with different characteristics and advantages.

Surprisingly, the small and charming eatery in the immediate vicinity of the boulevard is a first-class Japanese restaurant that offers a skilful mix of typical Japanese dishes and modern cuisine.

Who, on the other hand, fancy a Spanish Paella with fresh seafood, you will find what you are looking for right at the harbour.

The Ses Áncores restaurant has the best paella in town.

To round off the evening after dinner, we recommend the Bora Bora Polinesian Bar, which is also right on the boulevard.

Besides delicious cocktails The bar is known for a special snack: Small coconut snacks are served here with the drinks.

The harbor

The Port from Cala Ratjada is located in the center of town.

Not only diverse boat trips can be made from here.

Rather, the harbor invites you to linger thanks to some great restaurants.

The special highlight here is undoubtedly the freshly caught fish and seafood that is served.

Market

Weekly markets have a long tradition in Mallorca.

So also the weekly market of Cala Ratjada. This is open every Saturday between 9 a.m. and 14 p.m. In addition to souvenirs, there are numerous stands with all kinds of delicacies from the region.

Capdepera lighthouse

Visitors to the city can hardly avoid the lighthouse of Capdepera. The lighthouse is enthroned on a cliff more than 70 meters above the sea and thus enables a fantastic view of the city and the sea.

With good Weather you can even see the neighboring island of Menorca from here.
