Anyone on holiday in Cala Millor fancy a real good burger has, you can follow our recommendations here.

For me only smashed burgers are “real burgers”. So here's the recommendation: The new one Nou in Cala Millor. They have good, juicy and tasty smashed burgers there. Definitely order with brioche rolls. Forget the rest!

The Nou is right on the shopping street.

Important NOTE: The more likely a restaurant”classic Spanish cuisine” offers, the more likely the burger consists only of the bun (roll), the patty (meat) and maybe a slice of tomato and lettuce.

Ketchup and mayo are often served with this and you can “build your own” burger.

That's why you often get the patty placed on the bottom bun and that's it.

Especially in Cala Millor, the restaurants often get the burger buns from Lidl or ALDI, but there from the fresh baking corner.
